Although I have spoken to Jemma to thank her personally, I wanted to let you know how very pleased we were with the whole event, from initial enquiry to conclusion. The wedding was put together at fairly short notice, so we did not have much time to get to know Jemma, nor to go through normal procedures of food tasting days, etc. and I must admit that it was with a little trepidation that Vickie and I left the barn in rather a barren state to go and get the wedding party prepared. However, Jemma was true to her word, and when we came back after the ceremony, it had been totally transformed. Even the small change Vickie requested when she saw it was done quickly and without question. En route to see the Registrar, I asked Jemma to take care of something, and even though she was clearly in a rush to source a lead, she just smiled and did it. I must applaud the professionalism and pleasant manner in which things were done, not only from Jemma but the whole of her team. They were extremely flexible with the room preparation and all our guests who travelled a great distance were able to get into their rooms with ample time to get ready.
