Branksome

Wedding Venue in Surrey


Branksome is a lovely Country Hosue Wedding Venue near Guildford in Surrey. Set in 32 acres of wooded countryside, Branksome is predominantly an Edwardian house with later additions.

The beautifully tended gardens are ideal for a marquee wedding reception and there are several lovely rooms available in the house for the receiving line and relaxation.

The Lounge is located at the front of the main house and is a charming room with dual aspect led windows giving it a very light and airy ambiance. The tiled feature fireplace provides an ideal backdrop for photographs. We are able to carry out both civil ceremonies and the wedding breakfast in this room.

The Restaurant is a south facing room which is perfect for the wedding breakfast and offers stunning views of the back lawn with its own terrace and seating perfect for a summers evening. The room also has a hard floor area for dancing and entertainment.

The Stirling Suite is located in the left wing of the main house designed by James Stirling in the seventies this side of the building offers a very contemporary and retro feel. The Stirling Suite has wood panelled curved walls, which can be opened up to offer a view of the wing.
