This charming new Marquee Wedding Venue is situated in an unspoilt area of Sussex with uninterrupted views over the South Downs.

The typically English country gardens are a particular feature of this wedding reception venue. Open for charity under the National Garden Scheme, they have been designed with wedding photos very much in mind. The lavender walk is fragrant and beautiful. The terraces make the most of the panoramic views.

The courtyard has a Mediterranean feel with its terracotta pots and water feature. A lovers' swing over the lake hangs from the enormous oak tree.

Complimentary overnight accommodation for the bride and groom is offered in the Hayloft, a superb facility with a glass-fronted minstrel’s gallery and original beams. It has been carefully restored using a combination of traditional materials and methods together with stylish design and consideration for modern comforts.

It comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom with freestanding bath, underfloor heating and a sitting area with doors opening on to the cottage gardens. With its top-quality fittings it epitomises fresh, modern, country chic. This is a versatile facility and can be used as a private room for the bride and groom to use during the day, overnight accommodation for the honeymoon couple or an informal seating area.
