Full of grandeur, yet comfortable and welcoming, Lemore Manor is one of the country’s best manor house wedding venues. Standing proud in Eardisley, a quaint village renowned for its traditionally English black and white timber framed cottages, Lemore Manor is sophisticated, elegant and inviting.
Steeped in history, Lemore Manor is a charming country residence; it is renowned for its fusion of traditional and contemporary features, including the house itself, the new Coach House and Orangery as well as the provision of accommodation.
While the heritage of Lemore Manor is evident, what sets it apart from other wedding venues of this kind is its clever blend of old and new. Original period features throughout the property have been restored and renovated, such as the fabulous marble and stone fireplaces, but the house boasts some thoroughly modern touches. The Games Room is full of entertaining activities, including a Nintendo Wii, table tennis, snooker table and football table, allowing guests the opportunity to take time out during their stay. The Cinema has a large screen, selection of films and leather sofas, making this the most relaxing room in the house.
At Lemore Manor, couples can choose to get married indoors or outdoors. The Coach House is a contemporary and chic space to exchange vows. With high ceilings framed with timber beams, an elegant arched window and glass doorway that flood the barn with natural light, and a minstrel’s gallery which works well for musicians and photographers, The Coach House is the perfect setting for an indoor wedding.
Alternatively, the bandstand on the manicured lawns or the imposing steps at the front of the house, provide romantic settings for an outdoor ceremony.
The wedding breakfast is served in the Orangery. Overlooking the gardens, this elegant purpose-built space will boast an abundance of light through its large glass doors and pitched glass roofs.
Uncompromised luxury is at the heart of Lemore Manor and its accommodation offering is exactly what you would expect of a 17th Century manor house; spacious bedrooms that are exquisitely styled and dressed with traditional yet distinctive pieces of mahogany furniture. The honeymoon suite is superb; it features an inviting four poster bed, open fire and en suite facilities. Also available in Lemore Manor are 14 additional bedrooms, each beautifully decorated, and four stunning double bedroom en suite Shepherd’s Hut in the grounds.
A home-away-from-home with luxurious touches, such as the Hot Tub and therapy room, Lemore Manor and its 11 acres of ground is secluded and stylish; a truly individual wedding venue.
