Morden Hall is a stunning Georgian mansion, entirely renovated and redesigned in 2015 as a dedicated, exclusive use wedding venue.  Conveniently located in south London, just a few minutes walk from the London Underground, the house is set in 250 acres of National Trust Parkland a haven of tranquility amongst a bustling city.

Ceremonies can take place in either the grand Willow Room with its elegant fireplace and doors that open on to the North Lawn, or the elegant Hawthorn Room with stunning original features and views over the grounds.

After that magical ‘I do’ moment, enjoy summer drinks on the pretty North Lawn beside the River Wandle. Or, if the weather is inclement, drinks and canapés can be served in the house itself.

When it comes to your wedding breakfast, Morden Hall offers the beautiful Mulberry Room. A light-filled space with beautiful sash windows and stunning chandeliers, it’s the perfect setting to celebrate with your nearest and dearest. As the sun goes down, we invite you to dance the night away, enjoying this wonderful house as if it were your own.

Morden Hall is beautiful all year round, but which is the ideal season for your special day?

The gardens and surrounding National Trust parkland look magnificent in spring and are full of wildlife too, including ducklings and goslings. Choose between two stunning ceremony rooms and add an elegant touch with spring flowers, while enjoying idyllic views over the grounds and the River Wandle.

The private North Lawn is ideal for enjoying drinks and al fresco food in the summer. The lavender path is in full bloom and leads to a charming bridge over the river, making a perfect spot for romantic photographs. Throw open the sash windows and doors of the Mulberry Room and let the outside in.

The Yew and Oak rooms at Morden Hall offer a cosy and inviting area during the autumn months. With luxurious soft furnishings and feature fireplaces, these spaces offer an area to relax and mingle with guests throughout the celebrations.

The Willow Room is the ideal setting for intimate winter wedding ceremonies. The cool colour palette and grand sweeping staircase makes for an elegant entrance to the room. Lanterns can be added to the space to create a tranquil ambiance and a perfect, wintry setting in which to tie the knot.
