Perfectly restored, Plas Dinam is an elegant country house property that immediately captures the imagination with its period charm and character.
Set at the foot of the glorious Welsh hills with endless views of the mountains and natural woodland, the house is beautifully renovated, luxuriously appointed and exudes a warm and welcoming ambience. Grand enough to create the wow factor, it is also intimate enough to feel thoroughly bespoke and is perfect for a special wedding weekend with close family and friends.
First glimpses of the property, while winding up the fabulous driveway, are breathtaking. Set in 12 acres of perfectly manicured gardens, formal lawns and natural woodland walks, it is a remote and idyllic setting in which to exchange vows.
The Drawing Room is light, elegant and sophisticated; two huge windows showcase the exceptional views beyond and fills the room with natural light. Heavy drapes and mahogany furniture add a classic touch and set the scene for an intimate civil ceremony.
The Hall can accommodate bigger groups. An amazing room, it boasts wood panelling and a dramatic stone fireplace complemented by traditional ceiling roses and delicate cornicing. Couples are also able to get married at the front of the house; with Plas Dinam standing majestically as a backdrop to proceedings.
The Old Victorian Stables is an exciting addition to the options at Plas Dinam. Rustic and contemporary, the glass roofed, stone walled building features beautifully tiled old stables and oozes charm, character and country style.
Those looking for a religious ceremony will be pleased to know that the lovely village of Llandinam is within walking distance and has a quaint parish Chapel and Church.
For the first night, Plas Dinam offers accommodation for the newlyweds and closest guests in the form of 15 exceptionally well decorated double bedrooms each with their own exquisite detailing, period touches and individual character.
