Grooms; a friendly word of advice. You may think that by putting a ring on it your work here is done. However, forget to arrange a gift for your blushing bride on the morning of your wedding and you could be left with egg on your face. Here are some suggestions for gifts for the bride...
Diamonds are, after all, a girl’s best friend and any groom who presents his soon-to-be wifey with something beautiful and sparkly on their wedding day will be in the good books for about a million years. However, a piece of jewellery, such as a diamond bracelet, costs an arm and a leg – luckily there are affordable options out there that are just as special.
A gift that looks good but also has practical application is a scent bottle necklace. With this beautiful keepsake, your better half will remember your special day whenever she tops up her signature scent. You could even give her the perfume to go with it.
Does your bride-to-be have a signature scent that reminds you of the days when you first met? Perhaps she would like a new fragrance to wear on the big day that will bring back happy memories of your wedding every time she wears it. Either way, treating your beloved to some lovely perfume would be an appropriate gift.
Framed vows or poem
If you’re writing your own vows or having a poem that’s close to your heart as one of the readings at your wedding ceremony, what could be more romantic than having it framed? You’ll have an attractive piece of art to decorate your marital home and something to bring back memories of saying “I do”.
If your best gal is a bit of a shoe addict (and many of us ladies are, you know), she’ll fall head over heels in love with you all over again if you indulge her passion for fabulous heels. A pair by Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik or Aruna Seth would be out of this world.
These are just a few of ideas but if your bride-to-be has a specific interest or hobby it would be nice to choose a gift related to that. Whatever you decide however, it’s the thought that counts.
