2) It’s full of majestic detail and history
The Great Hall in particular is one area that’s sure to wow you and your guests. The grand, formal room is filled with Tudor heritage. 3) You can get married outdoors
The option for an outdoor wedding ceremony is always a perk. In summer months the team at Chiddingstone Castle make this a possibility for all their wedding couples. You’ll be able to tie the knot in the glorious Orangery in the grounds before celebrating your nuptials out of the picturesque lawns. Of course, if you’d prefer to get married indoors in the Great Hall or White Rose Drawing Room, they are available for your ceremony at any point during the year. The venue has capacity for up to 120 people for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.

5) You can stay the night in the beautiful bridal suite
It’s not very often that you get the chance to stay the night in a Castle, let alone one of Britain’s finest Castles. The stunning honeymoon suite at Chiddingstone gives you that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity though. You’ll be able to get ready in the beautiful bridal suite on the morning of your wedding and use it whenever you wish to freshen up throughout the day. Of course, it will also be the place the two of you go to at the end of the night, where you’ll retire to the lavish four-poster bed. Come morning, perhaps you’ll decide to treat yourself to a luxurious pamper session in the Victorian roll top bath too!
6) It’s even the venue of choice for celebrities!
With thousands of wedding venues across the UK to choose from, Dermot O’Leary and his wife Dee chose Chiddingstone Castle – and it’s not hard to see why.
“From start to finish – … and her team were a dream to work with. And pre wedding visits to the Castle were made all the more special by the fantastic tea rooms and the homemade scones! Thanks so much for everything ... It really was a very magical day. Thank you. And we have totally fallen in love with Chiddingstone!!”
