Last week saw the best in the wedding industry glamming up for the much talked about Wedding Industry Awards. Held at the ultra chic Café de Paris, London, wedding experts gathered in a setting sure to meet their stylish expectations.
The 2016 awards highlighted those that provide the best service in the wedding industry, stand out from the crowd, and give their couples 110%. Altogether, 25 winners were selected across a variety of categories. These ranged from Wedding Venue of the Year (Countryside), to Best Newcomer.
Our Country House Wedding Venues proved to be a huge hit with not one, but three of our venues receiving national awards at the ceremony. Dodmoor House, in Northamptonshire, won the award for Wedding Venue of the Year (Countryside), closely followed by another Country House Wedding Venue’s favourite, South Farm, in Cambridgeshire. About their award win, the Dodmoor House team told us:

“What’s wonderful about winning the national award is that so many of our couples took the time out of their busy lives to sit down and not only vote for us, but to write some seriously lovely comments too.
“We’re excited to keep on helping people realise their dreams of their perfect wedding day in 2016 and beyond.”
The Italian Villa, at Compton Acres in Dorset, was another stand-out winner. The team were awarded with The Venue of the Year (Town or City) category – and let’s face it, who wouldn’t want their own bit of Tuscan paradise here in the UK?
