With striking views of the London skyline yet set in scenic countryside, Gaynes Park is a contemporary converted barn with beautiful gardens and stylish accommodation. The listed Mill Barn with its lovely symmetry is incredibly spacious. Highlighting its authenticity are four large tree trunks that are hundreds of years old and support the barn, while the floor-to-ceiling windows and mezzanine gallery with Raj-style furniture add a modern touch.
For a grand entrance, the Gather Barn is an attractive open sided listed barn surrounded by planters and foliage that form an idyllic setting.

Fennes is a beautiful manor house with immaculate gardens and extensive grounds. Reminiscent of times gone by, the property has been dressed and styled to reflect is history. The classical interior design incorporates a neutral palette mixed with deep vibrant colours, distinctive pieces of furniture, chandeliers and antiques. Exchange vows in front of 35 guests in The Drawing Room, which is elegant in style and offers excellent views of the South Garden from its French windows, which are framed by stunning silk curtains. Areas available for the wedding breakfast are The Pavilion, which is accessed via the house and enjoys a stunning star-lit ceiling, and the spacious Banqueting Hall that is a blank canvas and can be transformed to suit any theme. There is even a pretty white wooden Gazebo in the landscaped grounds for outdoor ceremonies and a fabulously romantic bridal suite complete with four poster bed and a raised bath.

Dating back to Tudor times and set in 40 acres of parkland, Leez Priory is a grand country house in the heart of the Chelmsford countryside. The Great House, which is full of character and charm, stands majestically within the estate.
Why not exchange vows in the ancient archway of the dramatic Tudor Great Tower, which is located adjacent to the Great House, with guests able to watch on from the manicured lawns.
