While it might not be the first colour you think of when it comes dressing for your big day, these awesome examples of brown wedding suits might just change your mind.
Brown isn’t a colour we generally associate with weddings, and the thought of a brown colour scheme perhaps doesn’t fill you with excitement! However, this natural tone works wonderfully in a rural setting, and can be a perfect choice when it comes to the groom’s attire. Let’s take a look at some stylish suits that fit the bill.
For the look of a real country gentleman, opt for three-piece tweed and team it with a crisp white shirt and more contemporary tie. This is country elegance at its finest. Co-ordinate the colour of the tie with the bride’s flowers and the bridesmaid dresses.

If you want to stand out from your ushers and best man, choose the same style of suit, match your waistcoats and select a different shade of jacket and trouser for them. Hey presto – perfect co-ordination with a special look for the groom. Here, in hues of brown, the groom and his ushers suit the rural church setting. An elegant gold tie and shiny shoes complete the look.

Choose a slightly paler shade of brown for a spring or early autumn wedding. These suits look great with the blue shirts, and bow-ties add a touch of elegance.

While not strictly brown, a pale tan shade is well suited to a summer wedding, particularly for a destination wedding. This can’t withstand additional colour and looks best with a classic white shirt and cream buttonhole.
